My journey began in India’s hospitality industry, where I learned business fundamentals from the ground up – literally. Starting with cleaning toilets and back-office work, I progressed through every operational role, from service delivery to team management to restaurant concept development. This experience taught me an invaluable truth: exceptional businesses are built on operational excellence and empowered teams.
After earning my MBA, I spent two decades in Wall Street and private equity, leading $60B+ in transactions and raising $10B+ in capital. I’ve experienced business ownership from every angle – founding, scaling, and ultimately listing my company on NASDAQ, where I served in both C-suite and board positions. Throughout my career, I’ve worked directly with business owners to improve operations, solve inefficiencies, and create lasting value. This unique combination of hands-on experience and strategic leadership allows me to truly understand what drives business success – from the bathroom floor to the boardroom – and genuinely connect with team members at every level, whether they’re working on the factory floor or in the executive suite.
